Professional Biography
I graduated from Dordt College in 1999 with a B.A. in Secondary Education: History and a minor in Physical Education. I graduated from Concordia University in 2010 with a Masters Degree. I have been teaching at Ontario Christian Schools since 2006. I teach World History and US History at the high school. I also serve as the Men’s Varsity Head basketball coach.
Personal Biography
I grew up in Randolph, Wisconsin. My father’s name is Albert and my mother’s name is Joyce. I have two brothers, Chris and Josh, one awesome brother-in-law, Jeremy, and a sister, Michelle. I attended Randolph Christian School (K-8) and Central Wisconsin Christian High School (9-12). I enjoy all things Wisconsin (Badgers, Packers, Brewers, and Bucks). “WHEN YOU SAY WISCONSIN YOU SAID IT ALL!”
Philosophical Biography
In my life, I strive to be a walking example of Christ in all that I do and say. I truly love the profession of teaching and the work that God is doing in my life. It gives me great joy to instruct and nurture God’s covenant children each day. “And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.” – Colossians 3:17
