Philosophical Biography
I have four main goals as an educator of 5th graders here at Ontario Christian. My primary goal is to encourage each individual student in their relationship with Jesus Christ. I will do my best to challenge them, and to present His word as truth. My second goal is to help 5th graders transition from a 5th grade student to a 6th grade student. We will focus on being responsible and organized to better prepare for their future educational careers. Thirdly, I will strive to present the standards and to support them in the learning process. Finally, my goal is to build a personal relationship with each individual student. I want them to know they can trust me and rely on me, whether they are dealing with academic, social, or personal issues. I am here to support them whenever I am needed. I believe that Christian education provides so much more than just an education. It is important for me to help students grow spiritually, as well as academically. “We are all one in Christ Jesus.” Galatians 3:28
